Local tips
Moving in Alafaya
Alafaya Trail (SR 434) is the main north–south road and gets congested at rush hour and near UCF. We plan routes and start times around it so your crew isn't stuck in traffic on the clock.
Many Alafaya communities are gated or HOA-managed with rules about moving trucks and move-in times. Send us gate codes and any HOA requirements before moving day.
Apartment complexes along Alafaya Trail often require elevator or loading reservations and sometimes a certificate of insurance. We can provide a COI on request. Morning moves also beat the afternoon summer storms.
Pricing
Simple hourly rates in Alafaya
2-hour minimum. No stairs fee. $150 truck fee if we bring the truck, within 30 miles of Orlando (farther moves may cost more based on mileage and truck size). Final bill based on actual time worked.
