Lake Nona is a master-planned area, and many neighborhoods and apartment communities have move-in rules. Ask about gate access, truck size limits and elevator reservations before moving day. If the community needs a certificate of insurance, we can provide one on request.
Lake Nona Medical City, which includes Nemours Children's Hospital and the VA medical center. If you are relocating for work in the area, tell us your schedule and we will plan the day around it.
SR 417 and SR 528 connect Lake Nona to the rest of Orlando and the airport, and they can be busy at rush hour. For summer moves, plan on morning starts since afternoon storms are frequent. If you are moving into a new build, let us know about stairs and protect your new floors with our pads and blankets.

Simple hourly rates in Lake Nona
2-hour minimum. No stairs fee. $150 truck fee if we bring the truck, within 30 miles of Orlando (farther moves may cost more based on mileage and truck size). Final bill based on actual time worked.
