Quotes and prices
Prices, calculators and cost guides on this site are estimates to help you plan. A quote is only binding once Heavy Lifters confirms it in writing after reviewing your request. The final price can change if the job differs from what was described (more items, extra stops, stairs, access, waiting time).
Cancellations and refunds
Deposit, cancellation and refund terms for your move are set out in our Moving Services Agreement (Section 3), which you sign when you book online, or in your written estimate. Deposits paid through online booking are applied to your final bill. Nothing on this website is a promise of a refund. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can at 407-492-4942.
